1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of mawlo.com and any purchase of Mawlo products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility & age restriction

Bolder Smile products are only suitable for people aged 16 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or that the recipient is). You are also responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for you before use.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy the listed products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; this is not yet an acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send a separate shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence and price shown at sign-up. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.

7. Returns

Please see our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened oral care kits cannot be returned.

8. Product information

We do our best to describe our products accurately, but minor variations in packaging, colour, or formulation may occur. Bolder Smile is a cosmetic oral care product. It is not a medical device or substitute for professional dental treatment. Results may vary between individuals.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs — is the property of Mawlo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer).
